By accepting the terms and conditions when placing an order, you accept the fact that fuelized.com does not take any orders back after submitting them. There is no possible way to get a refund once you paid for an order. We assume you read the terms & conditions before placing the order and by placing the order it means for us that you have read them completely.
We ship to the address you gave up into your account where you have placed the order with. For shipping we always use the same methods, also company wise. Our company of choice is B-Post for the shipping process. We use track & trace codes to follow up on your order(s) and also deliver these codes as soon as received from B-Post to the customer to follow up on their paid goods. This way we avoid to get packages lost!
As payment gateways we use several possible ways to receive payments, below this alinea you find a summary of all active payment methods on this website including a more visual way to show which ones are active in the form of logo’s. No other ways of payments are being accepted untill the logo or possibility is added to this list.
